  "authors": [

  "abstract": "The electron is the most precisely measured particle in physics and the workhorse of modern computation, yet the theoretical structure in which it lives rests on assumptions that are load-bearing but rarely interrogated: the complex Hilbert-space postulate, the spin-statistics theorem's premises, the Archimedean valuation of every measured quantity, the thermodynamic foundations of irreversible computation, and the identification of the electron itself as a fixed elementary object rather than a vacuum- and environment-dependent excitation. This edition presents the treatise in full: nine parts and fifty-one chapters, with the assumption audits complete, the object chapters of Parts I–VI in prose, the research programme (Part VIII) and the appendices fully developed, and the remaining chapter expansions tracked in the Research Continuity Registry. Every assumption examined is subjected to a fixed six-step procedure — state the assumption in its strongest form; identify what is built on it; separate confirmed predictions from postulates; list alternatives that preserve the confirmed predictions while relaxing the assumption; define falsifiability conditions; record open questions.
