"abstract": "The Harmonic Paradigm (V1.0-V4.0, 2026) proposed the harmonic oscillator as the universal IR attractor of quantum theory, with an 8-rung ladder spanning from transmon anharmonicity to quantum gravity. Its bibliography invoked Ostrowski's theorem and p-adic structures, yet its core mechanisms were computed exclusively over the real numbers. This paper presents a systematic five-phase Ostrowski- completion-theoretic red-team assessment, together with a subsequent adversarial self-audit (Section 11) that corrects four overstated or conflated claims from the initial assessment. The initial analysis concluded that the HP's core quantities (pi, the harmonic oscillator, zeta values, the Casimir energy) lacked p-adic counterparts. A mathematical audit revisited four of the five original pillars: pi possesses established adelic structure in at least two independent senses (Euler products via Tate's thesis, and Fontaine's p-adic periods); the harmonic oscillator's real-place ground state is the fixed vector of the Weil metaplectic representation, a genuine local-field construction, though its p-adic \"physical ground state\" framing derives from later work (Vladimirov- Volovich-Zelenov, Dragovich), not from Weil's 1964 paper itself. A claimed Tamagawa-measure derivation of the circle's circumference, a claim that the zeta functional equation \"exists only adelically,\" and a proposed Weil-index falsifiability protocol were each found, on adversarial re-examination, to be overstated, causally reversed, or to lack an actual measurable discriminator from standard (non-adelic) physics -- see Section 11 for the corrected claims and evidence. What survives robustly: causality and time evolution require the ordered real field uniquely identified by Ostrowski's theorem, and this remains the clearest structural Archimedean exclusivity identified in this assessment. A unified falsifiability matrix spans all phases with per-claim certainty calibration, corrected in Section 11 following live citation verification.",
